I aim to communicate throughout our lawyer-client relationship so that you are never in the dark. I appreciate the importance of your matter to you and strive to make myself available to answer your questions as promptly as possible.

My job is to take care of the stressful, legal and logistical elements of your separation, so that you can focus on healing and moving forward. I want you to leave our interactions feeling more hopeful and at ease.

I will advise you on your legal entitlements and the best process options for you and your family, and I will work with you every step of the way to generate the best strategy and approach to meet your needs.

I will provide you with regular, detailed invoices so that you’re never in the dark with respect to fees. I am always focused on how best to move your matter forward so that your matter is resolved promptly and is never prolonged unnecessarily.

I will work on crafting the best possible family law resolution for you and your family, by partnering with you as an active participant in the process. I know the law, but you know your family best. For this reason, I will always welcome your feedback and input throughout the resolution process.

When you are contemplating or have recently separated, there are a lot of unknowns about your future. This is why you need a comprehensive initial consultation with a lawyer. Prior to our consultation I will collect information about you and your family, which I will review prior to meeting with you.

During our consultation, I will give you information about the legal landscape as it pertains to your situation and discuss process options and strategy and approach. I will ask questions to get a sense for your priorities and needs. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

We will discuss the retainer process and next steps. By providing you with information and guidance to help equip you for the road ahead, my utmost goal is to put you at ease so that you leave our appointment feeling lighter and more hopeful.
